Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons:

• Worn socks cannot be returned or exchanged.
  
  

Eligible Returns

• Unopened socks and all other unopened products may be returned for a full refund.
  
  

• A return request must be submitted within 5 days of delivery to qualify.
  
  

• Products must be in their original, unopened packaging and in resellable condition.
  
  

Refunds

• Approved returns will be refunded in full to the original form of payment.
  
  

• Refunds are issued after the return is received and inspected.
  
  

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our end.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
